Fluxcore Agency provides creative and digital services including UI/UX design, web design, branding, Webflow development, and related services. All work is performed based on an agreed project scope, proposal, or written communication.

3. Project Scope & Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content delivery. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines without penalty to Fluxcore Agency.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are agreed upon before project commencement.

• A deposit may be required before work begins

• Remaining balances must be paid as per invoice terms

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing

International clients are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or local taxes imposed by their payment provider.

5. Revisions & Additional Work

Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the proposal. Additional revisions, scope changes, or new requests may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client. Fluxcore Agency retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Fluxcore Agency is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client input.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share private project information without consent, except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

Fluxcore Agency may use third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, plugins, payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, updates, or failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fluxcore Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. International clients agree to this jurisdiction.
